Brett Barstow, CFP®
President, Barstow and Co. / Financial Advisor, RJFS
Brett is the President of Barstow and Company and a Financial Advisor with RJFS. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their unique financial goals. His experience covers a range of financial planning topics including retirement and college planning, investment management, estate and inheritance planning, and risk management.
Before joining Barstow and Company, Brett lived and worked in South Korea for seven years at a fund focused on climate change investments. He has a Master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh Business School in Scotland and received his undergraduate degree from Truman State University in Missouri.
He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Brett lives in Omaha with his wife, Claire. They have a son and two dogs. Brett's hobbies are studying Korean, cooking, and cars.

Amy Foster-Mayberry

Amy is the Operations Director at Barstow and Company and a Branch Professional at RJFS. She has over 30 years of operations and compliance experience. Her career before joining Barstow and Company in 2004 included investor relations for public and private investment partnerships, independent RIAs, Wells Fargo Investments and Raymond James.
Amy is dedicated to delivering an excellent client experience and building strong relationships with clients, ensuring that all experience the highest level of service and support. She also ensures that Barstow and Company is in compliance with industry regulations.
Amy lives in Omaha with her husband, John, and their two dogs. She has two sons who also live in Omaha.
Holly Murphy-Barstow
Founder, Barstow and Co.
Holly is the Founder of Barstow and Company. She retired at the end of 2025 after a career of more than forty years as a financial advisor.
She started Barstow and Company in 2001, after building her career at Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, and Wells Fargo Investments. Her vision for Barstow and Company was an independent, client-focused practice that would provide its clients the best possible service and care.
Holly lives in Omaha with her husband and their dog. Her son, Brett, joined the practice in 2021, and her daughter lives in San Francisco.
